Process Post #1

I have completed my outline of the art in pencil and have started my artists mark. I started on the knee and leg part of the artist. I am proud of my accuracy on the artist mark so far. When I first started working with charcoal pencil it was with Tommy Van Auken and we had used it for creating gesture and contour in figures. It was been challenging using the correct proportions and angels for the figure. I have learned that it is ok to mess up and I can go over the mark and try again to be more correct.
